HERE ARE THE LOGISTICS:

  • This is a 3 month program; it starts on July 21st and goes on till October 6th. 

  • We will meet online every Sunday from 10:30-11:30am (MST). Sessions will be recorded in case you have to miss one. However, I strongly encourage you to attend the live sessions to feel the energy and be able to participate and ask questions that pertain to your needs. 

  • I am making this 3 month program affordable for many at a minimal cost of $888 (about a third of the cost for my 1-1 coaching). You can make 3 payments of $296 and you can also pay from your Health Savings Account (HSA). 

  • Sign up between today and Thursday (7/11) to receive your $200 health history at no extra cost. That way I can more personally help you throughout the program.

  • I will also be creating a group space (at no added cost) so we can all support and empower each other as we share some of our wins as well as some of our obstacles. It takes a village to align these hormones!
