Yes. I will guide you through comprehensive protocols providing the foundation for you to implement at your own pace and capacity.

Do I have to follow a restrictive diet to

see results?

No. However we will be learning what foods are most nutrient dense and optimal pairings. The level of implementation will be entirely up to you and your personal allergies, health and goals.

How often will I have coaching sessions?

Recorded sessions drop Saturdays Starting February 1st, for 12 weeks.

What sets your coaching apart from

other programs?

I provide a holistic and comprehensive framework that you adapt to your lifestyle, goals and needs. That ensures you have a higher level of integration and success in achieving your optimal self.

Can I still enjoy my favorite treats while

on the program?

Sure, however you may decide to redefine what a "treat" is once you learn more and also discover some pretty delicious alternatives that nourish your body much more.

Are there any additional fees beyond the

coaching package?

No. Everything listed is included. You may account for some supplement purchases if it makes sense for your needs/goals otherwise you may have a small difference in food cost for some of the suggestions. Though most people have found the difference to be minimal.
